[15p-2K-2] Reaction of germanium and germanium dioxide using planetary ball mill (Ⅱ)

Large quantity of germanium scrap has been discharged in production and processing of high purity germanium product. It is necessary that recycling methods of small environmental load are established. By the way, mechanochemical method is one of the chemical reaction of small environmental load. Although the germanium dioxide was reduced by mechanochemical method, the mechanism of reduction had never been reported. Thus, we undertake to obtain information of the mechanism of reduction of germanium dioxide using mechanochemical method.
