[15p-2K-9] Enhancement of proton conductivity in the thickness direction of BaZr_1-xY_xO₃ thin film

We reported the possibility that annealed BaZr_1-xY_xO₃ thin films show high proton conductivity and the low activation energy. In this study, we fabricated the diaphragm consisted of BaZr_1-xY_xO₃ thin films and characterized the conductivity in the thickness direction. VOC of Hydrogen concentration cell was observed in the thickness direction. This result supports the proton conduction rather than electron conduction.
