Iron oxides with GaFeO₃-type structure are one of the multiferroic materials, however these materials are metastable.In this study, we tried to stabilize Sc_xFe_2-xO₃. We will discuss ferroelectricity and magnetic properties of GaFeO₃-type Sc_xFe_2-xO₃ films
