[15p-2L-10] Thermal stability of (BiFe_1-XZn_X/2Ti_X/2O₃) sputtered epitaxial thin films

In order to achieve control of magnetic order using electric field, BiFe_1-XZn_X/2Ti_X/2O₃(X=0-1) films with chemical compositions around the boundary between rhombohedral and pseudo-tetragonal phase were epitaxially grown by a sputtering method. Structural change dependent on X and the thermal stability of the obtained phases will be discussed.
