Charge transport properties of organic semiconductors are located on a intermediate regime between the hopping-transport and the band-transport. Therefore we have developed a new transport simulation method, which enables us to study the various transport mechanisms from the band transport to the hopping transport. We will discuss the detailed analysis of the transport mechanism of organic semiconductors by using our methodology. We also show the comparison of our results with the conventional hopping theory and band theory.
