[15p-2N-7] The Prototype of Lateral Carrier Collection Type Organic Solar Cells Using a NTCDA Single Crystal

Recently, organic single crystals have been attracted, and the high speed mobility over 10 cm2/Vs has been reported for organic single crystalline field effect transistors (FET). It has been attributed to the high mobility through the intermolecular pi-pi stacking parallel to the face of organic single crystal. They have suggested a possibility that organic solar cells can be collected the carrier by comb electrodes such as inorganic solar cells. In this presentation, we would like to talk about the prototype of lateral carrier collection type organic solar cells using a NTCDA single crystal in order to find the possibility.
