[15p-2N-9] Fundamental optical properties of lead iodide organic-inorganic layered perovskite with highly efficient exciton emission
Keywords:organic-inorganic layered perovskite,optical properies,exciton emission
We studies fundamental optical properties of PbI-based layered perovskite and the following results are demonstrate;
1, exciton band wiht high oscillator strength is located at 2.455 eV and the exciton has large binding energy of 260 meV.
2.emissions from singlet dominant Γ5 exciton and triplet dominant Γ2 exciton are observed in the PL measurement.
3. From PLE measurent, formation of exciton-plariton is confirmed.
4. From the temperature dependency of PL, unknown level involving to non-radiative decay exist at 3.33 eV,
