We have proposed a combined plasma–ozone system that uses a reaction of ozone and hydrogen peroxide to reproduce OH radical by adding ozone to plasma-treated solution. In this study, the appropriate ozone/hydrogen peroxide ratio was investigated by a numerical simulation that solved the absorption of ozone and hydrogen peroxide, and liquid-phase reactions including decomposition of organic compounds.
