[15p-2S-11] Analysis Procedures for Hygrothermal-Stress Induced Failures in c-Si PV Modules

The short-term exposure of c-Si PV cells to acetic-acid vapor under the hygrothermal conditions induced the failure which was often observed in the c-Si PV modules subjected to long-term exposure in the artificial hygrothermal conditions and in the fields. This experimental system will be functional for the evaluation of corrosion in finger electrodes on c-Si PV cells and for the failure analysis of these cells under the hygrothermal stress.
