Keywords:Graphene on substrate,Electron transport,Monte Carlo method

Graphene is promising for device application as it has a high intrinsic mobility at room temperature. However, the mobility in graphene on substrates is drastically limited. In the preceding manuscript, we indicated graphene on hexagonal-BN substrate has higher mobility than being on SiO2 or HfO2 substrate by a semiclassical Monte Carlo method. In the present manuscript, we will report the result of study about electron transports in graphene on substrates under high electric field as it is important to the evaluation of graphene transistors.
