Compton imaging is essentially promising imaging method for high enegy gamma-rays. Conventional Compton imaging utilizes the Compton cones derived from the energy of scatters and absorbers to reconstruct the images and distributions, but it could suffer from the loss of sensitivity and artifact. In this study advanced Compton imaging is investigated using the electron tracking of recoilied electrons by gamma rays using event driven SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) sensor.
