Confinement of alpha particles created by DT reaction in fusion plasmas dominates a performance of fusion output. Escaping energetic alpha particles to a first wall lead to a critical damage, and thus the monitor on a first wall is desired. In this presentation, we used an x ray pixel detector to measure an x ray image with keV energies in plasmas. Based on this result, we will discuss the application in MeV gamma ray imaging.
