[15p-4A-15] PLD growth of P-doped BaFe2As2 thin films on IBAD-MgO substrates

We fabricated BaFe2(As1-xPx)2 on IBAD-MgO buffered metal-tape substrates (IBAD) by pulsed laser deposition and characterized their properties. The ratio of Jc max and Jc min was 0.82 at 12 K and 3 T, which is comparable to that of Ba122:P BaFe2(As1-xPx)2 films on the MgO single-crystals. The present films on IBAD have the highest isotropy among coated conductors of iron-based superconductors.
