[15p-4A-15] PLD growth of P-doped BaFe₂As₂ thin films on IBAD-MgO substrates

We fabricated BaFe₂(As_1-xP_x)₂ on IBAD-MgO buffered metal-tape substrates (IBAD) by pulsed laser deposition and characterized their properties. The ratio of J_c ^max and J_c ^min was 0.82 at 12 K and 3 T, which is comparable to that of Ba122:P BaFe₂(As_1-xP_x)₂ films on the MgO single-crystals. The present films on IBAD have the highest isotropy among coated conductors of iron-based superconductors.
