[15p-4A-2] Growth Temperature and Deposition Rate Dependencies of BMO Self-organization within REBCO Thin Film by Using Thin Film Growth Simulations

BMO self-organize within REBCO superconducting thin films during growth of the films. These nanorods act as very strong flux pinning centers. However, the self-organization mechanism has not been clarified yet. In this presentation, we developed a simulation code for thin film growth and performed the numerical simulation for the effects of growth temperature and deposition rate on the nanorods self-organization.
