[15p-4A-4] Minimization of BaHfO3 flux pinning centers in YBa2Cu3Oy films by TFA-MOD method

YBCO films with BaHfO3 (BHO) as flux pinning centers were grown by MOD method using TFA salts and the effect of additional heating process on size of BHO particles was investigated. Two samples were fabricated with and without the additional heating process. The mean size of BHO particle in YBCO with and in YBCO without were measured about 15 nm and about 19 nm, respectively. Also, it was recognized clearly that the size distribution of BHO particles became small in the case of the sample with additional heating process.
