In this paper, we conducted theoretical calculations of the SPR sensor and temperature characteristics experiment of the Au single layer hetero-core optical fiber SPR sensor, in order to evaluate temperature characteristics of the hetero-core optical fiber SPR sensor. As these result, SPR resonance wavelengths shift due to temperature characteristics of the sensor itself is very smaller, and it was shown to be stable to temperature change.
