Three-dimensional optical circuit is expected a high-function optical interconnection.We have fabricated a polymeric three-dimensional optical switch ever.In the three-dimensional 4 × 4 optical switch that was previously announced was observed the deformation of the upper and lower port connecting part waveguide.Therefore, we will report the evaluation of an improved this fabrication process device.
