[16a-2G-3] Vertical Direction Dependence of Light Enhancement in Mid-infrared Optical Circular Slot-antennas

Detection gases involved in environmental pollution has attracted attention, the method utilizing the mid-infrared light has been developed. However, light detector which has high sensitivity and fast responsibility for mid-infrared light is still insufficient. Therefore we have considered the fabrication of the photodetector equipped with optical antenna which has light-harvesting and enhancement, and we examined the depth dependence of the optical enhancement in the circular slot antenna. As a result, we found that enhancement of the electric field rapidly decrease at 10 ~ 30nm.
