A software that convert graphical forms in papers into numerical data has been developed. Spectral images in either BMP, PNG or TIFF is converted into the correspoinding CSV files automatically when a file that contains the name of the image file, the maxinum and minimum values of the abscissa and the ordinate in one line separated by comma, and as many as lines that are to be convered is supplied.
