Wireless hydrogen sensor using ferromagentic Pd-Co alloy was developed, and the characteristics of the sensor and the effect of humidity on its sensing properties were evaluated. The detection limit of the sensor was less than 0.2vol% of hydrogen concentration in both nitrogen and air as carrier gas. When the moisture was added to air as carrier gas, response to hydrogen became weak.
