In this study, to develop the functionalized nanooptical devices based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), DNA-lipid complex was used as a base material. We have been developing novel nanooptical devices based on NIL for medical applications using polymers. On the other hand, biomolecules such as DNA and proteins has a specific functions to maintain their biological functions. By using these biomolecules as a base materials for fabrication of nanooptical devices, the novel nanooptical devices which has a different functions from biomolecules can be developed.In this study, the DNA-lipid complex was prepared and the NIL was carried out using DNA-lipid complex and polymer mold. As a result, we could transferred the nanostructures onto the DNA-lipid complex film.
