In organic semiconductor devices, Stark signals have been often used to estimate the magnitude of the internal electric field. However, the method cannot be applied when the screening effect occurs because the internal field is not proportional to the applied voltage. In this research, we attempted to estimate the screening field directly from the Stark signals, without using a lock-in technique often used in the estimate.
