Applications of atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) for cancer therapy are attracted attention. Recently, we have reported that the culture medium irradiated with APP, named Plasma Activated Medium (PAM), have effects of selectively killing cancer cells without killing normal cells. We have reported the antitumor effect of hydrogen peroxide. In this study, we have studied a mechanism of hydrogen peroxide generation occuring in the PAM.
