While a global environmental problem is clarifying, photovoltaic generation is watched.While there is a problem with the side of the stable supply of the cost material for a crystal Si solar cell of the mainstream at present, and new material has been developed aggressively, it's graphene that they're gentlest with the environment.After it grew and a graphene /Si shot key solar cell of a nitric acid dope presence was made and the special quality was compared, the change efficiency of the solar cell and a current densities increased graphene by a nitric acid dope on the copper foil by microwave surface wave plasma CVD technique.
