[16a-PA2-56] Low-temperature catalytic oxidation of methane over SnO2 nanoparticles on novel carbon material

SnO2 nanoparticles loaded on oxidized Diamond (O-dia) and carbon nanofilament (CNF) catalyst was prepared in order to oxidize methane gas at low temperature. Temperature programmed reaction (TPR) was carried out under 1% methane in air. Product gases were analyzed by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (QMS). The result showed that SnO2/O-dia and SnO2/CNF catalyst is efficient in low temperature oxidation of methane.
