Solution-processed single-crystalline organic transistors have been reported to exhibit mobilities exceeding 10 cm2/Vs. In this study, we fabricated an radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag based on CMOS organic semiconductor circuits, and demonstrate 4-bit wireless digital transmission through 13.56 MHz radiowave.
