[16p-1G-3] Low-operating voltage organic circuits with polymer gate dielectrics

In this research, we succeed to reduce the tickness of gate dielectrics and reduce the operation voltage of organic transistors. We used parylene as a gate dielectric, and reduce the thickness to less than 30 nm. Our device was worked at less than 5 V. In addition, we fabricated 5-stage organic CMOS ring oscillators. The device was oscillated more than 200 Hz at 1.3 V. This response time of CMOS ring oscillator is world fastes in the low operating voltage (less than 2 V) CMOS ring oscillator with polymer based gate dielectric
