Organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) has attracted attention as a basic device in printed electronics, because OTFTs can be fabricated using printing-methods. Control of threshold voltage of printed organic transistors is an important technique to stabilize the operation of printed organic integrated circuits such as Radio Frequency Identification tags. Several methods have been studied to achieve threshold voltage control in OTFTs, but these methods mainly use thermal evaporations, so there are not reports using a printing-method. Here we report control of threshold voltage of printed OTFTs using a printing-method.
