[16p-1G-8] Fabrication of high-performance printed organic transistors
using DTBDT/polymer blend solution

Organic thin-film transistors (OTFT) have been attracting attention as devices for printed electronics because OTFTs can be fabricated by low-temperature and printing processes. However, electrical performances of printed organic transistors are not uniform. Recently we reported printed organic transistors with uniform electrical performance by using a small-molecular semiconductor (DTBDT-C6). Furthermore, we improved the characteristics of DTBDT-C6 transistors by blending a polymer material. Here we report that high-performance printed organic transistors with uniform electrical performance using DTBDT-C6/polymer blend solution.
