[16p-2U-11] Local electrochemical analysis at the LiCoO₂ thin films by nanoSECCM

In this research, we have used scanning electrochemical cell microscopy for investigating the current response at the surface of LiCoO₂ thin films. By the localized electrochemical measurement (cyclic voltammogram), the peak was observed at about 0.9 V(vs Ag/AgCl) , corresponding to ionic current related to lithium-ion desertion at about 3.9 V(vs Li/Li⁺). Further, we continue this study using by epitaxial thin films with controlled crystal orientation and grain boundaries.
