[16p-2U-2] Pump–probe STM light emission spectroscopy

Light emission from the tip-sample gap of a STM, which is excited by electron tunneling, is analyzed in STM light emission spectroscopy. By combining the STM light emission spectroscopy and pump–probe laser spectroscopy, we have succeeded in developing STM light emission spectroscopy with ps temporal resolution.
