[16p-2V-9] Study of the diffusion coefficient of supported lipid bilayer irradiated with dielectric barrier discharge

We have investigated the behavior of the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) treated support lipid bilayer (SLB). So far, we revealed that the diffusion coefficient of lipid molecules constituting the SLB is reduced after DBD irradiation. Therefore, we propose that SLB progress to pore formation due to oxidation of the lipid molecules after effect to its diffusivity by DBD irradiation. In this study, we investigated whether H2O2 reagent affects diffusivity of SLB.
