Crosslight Software Inc. is providing TCAD tools for the simulation of compound semiconductor devices and processes. User can easily set up a layer structure, the simulation input file, run the main simulation and plot the results through GUI. Also, user can execute simulation from command line or run automatically by batch file. APSYS of simulator for the semiconductor devices (exclude lasers), LASTIP and PICS3D of simulators for the laser devices are introduced at our booth.
