Recently we succeeded in visualizing buried layers and interfaces by newly developped neutron reflectivity imaging technique. The functions of multilayered thin films are most likely to be influenced by inhomogenuity of each layer and interface even when the average structure is essentially the same. The latest image data as well as near future plan will be reported.
