Some studies on analysis and control of self-organized structures of amphiphilic molecules at interfaces will be presented. The talk will especially focus on micro-phase separated structures in mixed Langmuir monolayers on the water surface, vertically grown structures of silica precursor formed on two-dimensional monolayer templates at the solid substrate/organic solvent interface, and adsorbed films of surfactant molecules at the solid substrate/water interface.
