The development of the technique which the large and high quality crystal is gained is necessary to increase the speed of development of drag. The function and structure of protein which plays an important part in vivo correlate to each other. In our previous researches, the size of crystal of hen egg lysozyme which is a type of protein was increased by LLIP under the high magnetic field. In this study, we have investigated the mechanism of the size effect of lysozyme by observing the growth process in-situ under the high magnetic field.
