[13a-A35-9] Composition optimization of ErxYbyY2-x-ySiO5 crystal and its great sensitization effect

ErxYbyY2-x-ySiO5 (x=0.25, y=0~0.5) crystalline thin films were fabricated by PLD and evaluated the sensitization effect by PL and their decay measurements. The PL measurement results indicate the max intensity at Yb/Er=1 and then the sensitixation effect of Yb for excitation is estimated to be 10.1 times.
