[13a-B7-9] In-situ Measurements of Liquid Phase Reactive Species under Air Plasma Effluent Exposure

In-situ optical absorption measurement is used to quantify reactive species (RS) concentration in liquid solution exposed to air plasma effluent. While RS accumulated in the liquid are supposed to increase with the exposure time owing to their supply from the plasma effluent,HNO2 and H2O2 hardly increase with the exposure time. This result suggests the supplied RS react in liquid phase during air plasma effluent exposure and could result in short-lifetime RS generation such as HOONO.
