[13a-C31-7] Laser frequency dependence on the laser processing of the Silicon

We calculate the frequency dependence on the laser ablation process of the silicon surface employing the multi-scale first-principle calculation. We find that the loger wavelength laser can ablate deeper area. This result indicates that the lognger wavelength laser can penetrate the thin plasma sheet at the surface.
