Reactive species transfer, producing short-lived reactive species in liquid phase through air plasma effluent, is crucial in plasma agricultural applications. Reactive species measurements in gas and liquid phases indicate importance of hydroxyl radical in the plasma effluent on reactive species dissolved into the liquid phase which could result in short-lived reactive species production.
