Endogenous protein-imprinted polymer nanogels were prepared by emulsifier-free precipitation polymerization and applied for drug delivery nanocarriers, where the molecular recognition toward the target protein played an important role for acquiring acqiring stealth property. The circulation of the nanocarriers were examined in the blood stream and the liver.
