Keywords:OLED, solution-processed polymer/small molecule interface, neutron reflectometry

To further improve solution-processed organic light-emitting devices characteristics, precise control of solution-processed interfaces is essential. However, conventional analysis method cannot afford to precisely evaluate the interfaces. In this work, we used neutron reflectometry analysis, which has features of non-destruction, high quantitative estimation, and high depth resolution, to reveal the true picture of the solution- and thermal annealing-processed interfaces and elucidated the relation between the interface structures and the OLED characteristics.
