Fundamental studies have been carried out on PbS QD/ZnO NW-based solar cells, aiming at developing near infrared high efficiency solar cells. Solar cell performance depends strongly on a kind of ligand and ligand exchange conditions. In the presentation, we will discuss the performance of PbS QD/ZnO NW-based solar cells fabricated with three different halogen ligands.
