The charge carrier injection into the organic semiconductor placed in microwave cavity results in the change of permittivity and conductivity, leading to the secondary perturbation of complex permittivity of microwave cavity. In this research, the local motion of charge carriers in C8-BTBT is investigated by analyzing the complex permittivity change originated from charge injection.
