The effect of foreign metal doping in tin iodide based cubic perovskite on electronic structure and electrical properties was investigated. Here, we will report indium (In1+) doping into methylammonium tin iodide perovskite crystal. Electrical resistivity of the obtained crystal exhibits higher resistivity than the as-grown crystal. This increase of resistivity was considered as an impurity effect. Therefore tin was partially replaced by indium in the obtained crystal. In addition, the change was observed in diffuse reflectance spectrum.
