Hole mobilities in C8-BTBT films prepared by spin-coating and by vacuum position have been meaured by the FI(field-induced)-TRMC. We found no difference between two. This equivalence is ascribed to the carrier displacement in the microwave field much smaller than crystalline domain sizes. The FI-TRMC is considered to gives the specific carrier mobility to the crystalline form and the insulating layer.
