[13p-B7-10] Site-selective formation of organic conducting nanocrystals via Nanoscale electrocrystallization, and their device application

Hiroyuki Hasegawa1 (1.NICT-KARC)

Keywords:Nanoscale electrocrystallization, organic conductors, nanofabrication

We have developed the "Nanoscale electrocrystallization" as a novel eco-friendly nanofabrication for the next generation. In this method, nanocrystals were formed only in the gap between two electrochemical electrodes. Furthermore, nanocrystals were bridged between the electrodes. We fabricated several devices using this bridged structure. The characteristics of the devices, and formation manner of the nanocrystals at the solid-liquid interface will be reported.
