Keywords:organic semiconductors, electronic structure, high-sensitivity photoemission spectroscopy

To understand the properties of organic electronic devices, the information on not only frontier orbitals like HOMO but also weak density of states such as trap and midgap states is necessary. By using a tunable photon source with extremely weak stray light, we have developped an apparatus to perform high-sensitity photoemission sepctroscopy with sensitvity of ppm-level. In this talk, our recent works to investigate the electronic structures of bulk, films and interfaces of orgnic semiconductors will be presented.
