[13p-C302-11] Local Temperature Variation Measurement by Anti-Stokes Luminescence in Attenuated Total Reflection Geometry

Intensity of Anti-Stokes luminescence has strong temperature dependence. We measured Anti-Stokes luminescence in attenuated total reflection (ATR) geometry to probe local temperature variation at the bottom of the ATR prism. It was found that the temperature variation was larger at the bottom surface of the prism, and was lower with increasing the distance from the bottom surface of the prism.
